Valve seals

I am having an interesting problem. My truck is eating oil. Not bad but not normal. Anyways I was doing a head re torque and noticed that 5 of the valve seals had popped up. When I put this head together I used victor-renz seals. I have never ran into this problem even reusing stock seals before. Is there anything such as a high po seals that can stand the 4g revs?

Thanks,

Josh

Cummins makes a valve stem seal, that has a built in holder that goes under the valve spring. I have them on my truck and they work great. I believe it's more the boost, along with drive pressure, then the RPM's that cause the problem. I don't know the part number, but I got mine from Rip at Source Automotive.

Can valve seals be changed with the head still on the truck?
