Question total custum '41 chevy pull truck Need some help/advice

I am building a tractor pull truck out of a '41 Chevy dumptruck. I want to use a 12V to keep away form the headache of the computers and electrical. Is there as specific high pro block or heads that I should go with. What turbo/s should I choose. What would be the transmition of choice for this application? Also due to the small engine bay of the truck I need to change the location of the radiator and intercooler, is there a high flow electric fan that would supply the amount of air needed? Any other tips, comments, addvice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
