Too much NOS on the Dyno - BOOM

Based on what happened to HT3500... two .093 Solenoids is too much!
Actually I think the second stage was no nozzle at all??
But when you bring it in (what boost level) can have as much to do with 'too much' as how much you bring, IMO.
I don't play with NOS, so others can answer better. If it were me, I'd find someone I trust (that uses nitrous) and not go bigger than them.

However, I would definitely recommend a progressive controller to avoid this in the future. The video posted on the other site is impressive!

I would have to agree. I know of quite a few guys running .120 jets. LOL Not me personally, but they are out there.

So was the nitrous explosion caused mainly by not enough fuel to go along with the nitrous at the time of injection or what? I think to keep my truck very streetable and towable for the next few years I want some small twins, so maybe some N2O will help me break into 600-700hp club... lol

Question.................
Who was running the button?? Because if it wasn't the operator/driver, that is the reason for the explosion!! And I speak from experience.....Fire and all!!

If you were the passenger, and running the button, you have no way of knowing when the operator lets off the throttle! And it only takes a mili second of the throttle being let off and the nitrous still on for the explosion to happen!!
