Yep...I missed the run, but saw the charger. I was actually impressed that the charger mostly stayed in one piece...if it would have been me, it would have blew the turbine wheels out my exhaust, shot the intake wheel through the hood, and put so many pieces the the engine it would have been junk! Especially last week...nothing went the way it should've!

i sure did get alot of funny looks about my home built weight box with concrete weights, and home made sled pulling hitch...but to go to a national event and get 10th place against some hot running trucks isnt bad for an amateur.

thanks man, hopefully i can learn a few more things along the way!

just out of curiosity what gear did you pull in? this was the first time i pulled in 4th/4low because the track looked like it would grip pretty well, but i wonder if more wheel speed in 2nd/4hi would have done better.

You did good for 4 lo. But probably have enough power for 2nd hi range.
That track was not the best track for manual tranny trucks.

the sink hole at the end was fun to watch the open class trucks hit.

from now on unless there is a track so tight that guys are breaking stuff left and right due to too much traction i'll just be pulling in 2nd gear high

thats the relentless truck. What did that truck and RC's truck run down the 1/4?

or did that even happen because of the failed turbo?

I thought there would be a huge thread about the TS event with pics, vids and all. What happened to all the talk about new records for highest hp common rail and new fastest CR 1/4 mile time?
