There will be a truck and tractor pull in Tollesboro Ky on oct 13. Having 2.5, 2.8 an open classes.
Also, John Issacs from Floor It Diesel will be there all day with his dyno. So come out, put your truck on the dyno and hang out for the pull.

I am not familiar with this dyno? I trust only David Dunbar. Can you fill us in on more details? Will dually trucks fit? Cost? Sign ups? Lots of people wondering.

I've searched forums and talked with several different people about this dyno, everyone says that it is the closest to dunbars with more ability to load trucks to lit bigger turbos. All the reports he has got back says that his and dunbars are within 12 hp at the max. Sure some trucks will do different things, depending on its reaction and what load it likes. $75 for 3 runs. Come out and enjoy. Will check soon on duallys.
Farm stock 2-6000#, 7500#, 9000#, 10500#, 12000#
Factory farm 9500#
Pro farm 8500#
8000# diesel truck, 2.5 and 2.8
First truck class (2.5) should pull around 8pm, second class (2.8) around 10pm.

Isn't 8000# a bit light? 3rd Gens with 4WD and a real bed (most come with 4 doors) are going to miss that, especially with replacement bumpers, or a toolbox, or a full tank of fuel.

"Work Stock" by definition often translates into near-GVWR on the scales...
