My 3rd Gen Pulling the sled and winning!
Tonight pull the pull in Tampico, Indiana was amazing.
Once again there was about 8000 people watching and drinking with the show.
The ATPA Prostreet boys pulled and put on a great show.
I forget who won exactly but I think it was Tomac. Craig Severson did a great job as usual! Along with George Peterson, Todd ***, Curt Haisley.
Fortunately for me there was a "Street Stock Diesel" class that followed the big boys.
I was last to sign up and last to pull.
There was a Duramax that pulled really well, I think around 290'.
Then the Famous local Powerstroke puller Ben Miller. One of the first hooks of the night he pulled it out the gate!! I thought oh boy, I dont have a chance!
Well, I come up last get a good hook even though I am very nervous being basically a home town pull with umpteen amount of people there that know me.
I pull it out the gate too!!
So they put both of us right into the pull off.
Powerstroker is up first, He knocks off at 190'+.
I am even more nervous as I am in contention of actually winning.
I come off the line and the rpm take a little dive into the 2600 area. I give some more fuel and let'er EAT!!
I pulled over to the left (untouched part), then I pull back over to the right so I can pull it passed the stopper mound and down the hill!!
300'+ AGAIN!
OH WHAT A FEELING!!

That a boy! Congratulations on doing so well in front of the hometown crowd! I think I'm with 600 Megawatts on this, in the hometown pull I screwed up big time Man I wish my computer wasn't so slow, it's been downloading for 5 minutes and it is only at 13%!

There's supposed to be one in Bowling Green either next weekend or the one after.....gonna try my luck there.
Oh yeah 1st place @ Scottsville, KY was a '05 that dynoed 500HP.
2nd was a '01 3500 with a puck, straightpiped, AFE on bald street terrains, said that '05 only beat him by 10 feet.
