Thanks for the infor, didn't pull in Jeff Co, I want to get into the St. Charles County fair since it is only about 15 miles from the house and if something happens, then it would be a short track home. I think their are another couple of fairs real soon so I will keep an eye out.

Thanks again, and keep me posted on the fair dates since they tend to sneak up quick and aren't very advertised.

Thanks again, maybe I can watch you pull and get some pointers.

Dave

Brad Hodler from Russelville got first w/303ft
Larry Crawford got 2nd w/295
After that it got pretty vague. It was a just-for-fun pull, and we all had a good time. I never got the turbo lit, because I didn't slip the clutch enough out of the hole... It never got over 1800rpms and not over 15psi. I'm just not used to the clutch yet, I'll be ready for California on Monday though!
Thanks for the vids Jon, Excellent quality...

Are there any stock pulls coming up from Jeff up north, I kinda like pulling the old work truck. It's got to be a weekend pull as I put in a lot of hours working and can't fit a weekday pull in. The pull for the heck of it is my kind of pull! Thanks,Gary

California is tonight, and Fulton is tomorrow night. Cal. is kinda serious, don't know about Fulton. Check this site for most of the area diesel pulls http://www.showmesmokers.com/events.asp

Excellent job on the vids John! It's very cool of you to take the time to load these up and post them... BTW: Larry's truck was having some problems and was down on power quite a bit, so he did not pull. He's been having some issues with the Redline box, and he installed some different injectors, and the truck developed a weird intermittent miss, and wouldn't build much boost. It wouldn't surprise me if the "hotrod" VP44 is dying in that thing...

I think Palmyra,Mo. is sat, it's up by Hannibal and Quincy,Il. They are seperating the diesels from the gas and single tire trucks from the dually trucks and different wts. for both. They pull two tracks up there and put on a pretty good pull. The computer went out of my 97 so it's probably out of commission this weekend.

I looked it up and it's in Palmyra not Macon like I said. They are having a 8000lb. diesel single wheel and 8500lb. diesel dually classes. Licensed and insured and street legal,no nitrous or propane,Dot tires.Coolers allowed.

Well there wasn't alot of trucks, maybe a dozen in both diesel classes but the dodges cleaned house. There was a dually with single tires out of Iowa that ran frikkin HARD. It had way more power than anything out there. A duramax that smoked alot pulled but only made about 200 ft. I think two dodges were full pulls.
