Iron Giant

I am thinking about getting the sbc iron giant and was wondering if any of you have one of these on your everyday driver. I know it will be alot noiser and have alot more peddle pressure and such but I need the truck still for everyday driving its in a 2007 6.7l

SBC makes a great clutch.
If you are driving mostly highway then the Iron Giant is fine for daily driving.
If you were in downtown traffic everyday it might cause you some headaches.

I would also look into a HMR street puller, I have ran mine all summer and love it. I personally don't like the Iron Giant, because produces a lot of heat and one of my buddies pulled just 4 times and junked it. This however does not mean that it is a horrible clutch and a lot has to do with the driver and he was not a very good one. I would talk to haisleys, and see if they can get the street puller with weights like I have. However as far as I know I am the only person who has one like this. The weights are not that aggressive for street driving but you can tell they are there.
