Hp on a 160 pump

Current mods are in signature. Truck is in shop getting full billet DTT, billet flex disc, and single disc TC. I have a HTB2 64/14 killer B2, 4kgsk, 60lb valve springs, and New Era 435s sitting on the floor waiting to go into the truck when I get it back.

My question is...Whats your guess on my hp? Is it possible for a tiny 160 pump to reach 600hp without drugs? I want to get as close as possible before I add water/meth, and possibly nitrous.(After head studs of course.) Planning to dyno in two weeks or so, just lookingh for some input. thanks

Travis

I dont know if you will make 600hp or not, but it should definately be at 500 or better.

you wont get 600 with the 160 pump unless you get it worked over pretty good by a shop... 500 should be pretty easy though.

I would have to agree, if you had a 215 pump I would personally say that is possible... I think if you sent it to Scheids or someone else they could work it over for you to get the fuel you need for a reasonable price... I'm hoping to get 600rwhp on diesel only with mine without sending it to a pump shop...

I hope i can get to 500 on my new project.
94 reg cab (soon to be shortened) auto. Probably going to call you (gunracer1) in the next week or so with questions.

Is there a good recipe to get there on this pump. (other than swapping in a 215 like many are thinking)

i am mid 5's with a 180 pump and not enough charger. the fuel should be there, it is air flow that you need to worry about. nitrous will get you there.

I saw that truck on another forum.. It is red if I remember correctly. I will have to give Garmin a call and see what he recommends on the pump. Luckily hes only an hour away.
I hope to be above 500hp, but I just like the sound of 600 so much more.

Hoping to use a big single. The bottle could be used if we get to 500 and are pushing for 6.
For right now mine has to be my wife's daily driver so I better not go overboard just yet.

Is the 5k needed? How will it compare to the 3k or 4k? Thanks
