Unless you pull a Dmax, then you only have to pull a few times and shove it out back and count your money!

no doubt that pullin is for fun when all you do is plug a box in put a fuel system on and pull, but for those people who are beyond that point it needs to be made worth while. so if it dont pay enough for fuel to get there and back it aint worth going to!!

If you are pulling to try to make money or even somehow break even you are in the wrong profession. I'm sure dodgeboy59ctd will chime in he's won more pulls than anyone I know of.

ill vouch for that, i think i might have my torque converter and valve body paid for, and thats about it. Its definately a hobby (expensive one) and i got tired of seeing duramaxes dominate for the past couple years. Wes

I don't think anyone actually believes your going to "make" money pulling. However I agree with PHDWhitetruck, 200 +/- trucks and the payout for first is only like $50.00. Sorry don't think so. This isn't directed to Logan but maybe the greedy fair board should remove their heads from a certain body cavities and throw a little back to the people who bring it to them.

We went to a pull in Medina a few years ago and first place got $20.00 and a "JEGS" hat. You know the free hat you get with a parts order. Can't imagine why the turnout was low.

the listed pay out is 150 i believe to win in all classes except open which is 300. we are trying to talk them into doubling the payout or more possibly. DO NOT GO BY THE RULES IN THE HIGHLAND COUNTY FAIR BOOK, THOSE HAVE BEEN WRONG FOR 5 YEARS AND THEY WONT CHANGE THEM. i actually think the pay out is more than 150 for the classes, just cant remember what they are off hand cause the fairboard pays and not us.
