Anybody from Hillsboro? We are thinking about moving to that area and was wondering if there is any one area we should look at or even avoid.

Hillsboro is about 40 minutes from here.
I
don't KNOW of any reason to avoid that area, other than 5 o'clock Friday traffic

We also have a store a bit south of Hillsboro, so we go through quite a bit.

one thing, though. Hillsboro USED to be the place where us kids would go cruise, then the law put a stop to that by posting "No right (or left, depending on area) between 7-12 PM Friday, and 7PM-1AM Saturday" They handed out quite a few tickets the first month after those signs were up. Buddy got one

Like I said though, they put a stop to it, and the only time they cruise anymore is after the truck pulls at the county fair. Which, by the way, has A BUNCH of diesels

I am just north by about 40 minutes. Nice town, have some friends in the area.

Lots of pretty areas to build on.

 

Huey I grew up in Xenia, we moved to Jamestown right after the tornado went thru there. Between Jamestown, Xenia and Cederville I lived all over Greene county. I still have lots of family up there. We have family all over that area, use to have some that lived in Jeffersonville but that was years ago. I haven't been back there except for vactions in 20 years I guess a lot of stuff has changed. You all think there will be room for one more CTD? We were looking around Court House but can't seem to find anything we like.

Also, I learned there's lots of hills. Other than that, I know nothing about the place.
