Why this is such a touchy subject is because so far over the past 2 years the ONLY parts that have failed or have been a problem on this truck have been parts that he basically has no or very little control over. Such as so far it has went through 4 turbos, 2 last year in which one managed to send parts of the compressor wheel all the way through the engine and into the exhaust manifold which required a complete rebuild. And 2 this year before it even saw the track. Also there is currently NO clutch that will hold up to the hp and the rpm of this engine that will also fit inside the NV5600 (which is the current problem that is putting everyone on edge). After banging his head against the wall for months on how to get more fuel and rpm out of a 3rd gen engine (without taking the easy way out and swapping engines) he did a custom P-Pump conversion, without any plans or off the self parts, which is why it's the only one around. So with the elimination of the rpm and fuel problems, you just move to the next. Which in this case was the clutch. And just like the front cover, was custom made to fit. Now he just have to figure out why sometimes it hooks up and sometimes it doesn't. Just remember R&D just takes time and LOTS AND LOTS of money. Which ironically are both running low.
