Great job on third place Jeff, Mike you know you just need to get that DTT tranny from Tim, mine works great for pulling and when it broke the billet inter. and input shafts DTT stood behind it and went through it for FREE! I like to spend money with people who will stand behind there stuff.

I hope to see you guys at the next pull ( MAY 27 ) , we should have her back together by then.

I will post if I get word of pulls any where else.

Where in North Carolina are these events? I am relatively new to the area and don't recognize the town names.

Phil, as a born and bred North Carolinian, I'm not exactly sure where this is, but I believe it is in North Eastern NC. Newland, NC is actually in the mountains near Banner Elk, but this apparently is the landowners name or farm. That had me confused until I read the post. Anyway, maybe one of the Eastern NC guys can help out.

Its in Northeast North Carolina, 12 miles or so north of Elizabeth City on highway 17. The county name I believe is Camden(its been awhile, I forget where the lines are). Its not far from the NC/VA border.

McMopar, it would be a good 4 hour drive or so for you.

No, I've had other problems at work that have had me distracted.

JDGPULLER- I am assuming you are mark?

If you are sure that the next pull is May 27th I will have to cut vacation short to make it back by then. Let me know.
Also, I should be running full power by then, so I can actually launch with some boost, It was only 20ft to first place.

Jeff

You can find the schedule here: http://www.newlandpullers.com/

And yes, the next pull is the 27th of May.

Pourindiesel, if I go to the next pull or the nationals pull and a lot of CTDs show up, I'll try to borrow a video camera and post it somewhere online.

yeah they sure are, its kind-of a grassroots type pulling, they have antique tractors, some modified tractors, and trucks, plenty of trucks, then the stock classes
