I dont know how yall are getting so many miles out of your BFG MT's. The last set I had on my 01 were done after 25K. The sucked on wet pavment and in snow to boot. Those tire were so hard to keep traction with.

I put a fair bit of highway unloaded miles on the BFG MT's and only found them to be bad in icy conditions but that was expected due to the lack of siping but miss the looks and traction on anything but snow/ice compared with the BFG AT's. I was always surprised as were others how quiet the MT's are for how aggressive the tread pattern is.

I have about 10,000 miles on my Hankook MT RT03s with very little visible wear.

I've heard that the Hankook's will run with the best of em mileage wise. Pretty cheap to boot, too.

My last set of BFG's were the old style. We'll see how the new still works out as I have a set on order to replace the factory blems that are on the pickup right now. That is unless I decide to sell them.

I'm into my tires less than $650. These tires are very sticky soft and do great in the dirt and rocks. Tear easily though.

That is odd.. I have almost 50k on mine and I treat them like crap. I have rotated them once since I got them. They are almoist dead now, but I could not be happier with them. did I mention that I dont rotate and I need an alignment?

I got 70k out of the last set of BFG MT's in 255/85 size but that is on a dually so if you rotate them the rears don't wear much and you can stretch them out pretty good. I've got 50k on this set and they look great, I'll probably get more than 70k out of them I am sure.

Good to know, I like the look of those things.

I'm really liking the look of the Mud Grapplers too.
