Do they have an insert to go into the stock receiver?
Or do you have to provide the drop hitch part but without a ball in it?

You need to get a drop hitch but I turned my upside down and bought a big twisted clevece. The clevece must be 3 1/2 inches wide on the inside. I bought mine from a local equipment supply store. You can also buy 2 regular cleveces to stock in there. But I highly doubt you will pull your whole tow haul package out. How did that guy do that did he try taking of real hard and jerk it out or was he at a steady pull sounds like he might have been missing a few bolts.

the biggest thing is to back off if it starts hopping, hopping breaks stuff.

Breaking anything during a pull is possible.

If you need a Large clevis for pullingl let me know.
I can go down to the local Rural King and pick you one up.

HEY King!, where was that at? My buddy went down south of Dyersville last weekend and pulled his 3rd gen, and he told me there was another 3rd gen that lost his reciever hitch mount. said it was cracked before. maybe same place!
