Do they alow bushing of the turbo to meet 2.8?

 

yes bushings are allowed

1) Yes, bushings are permitted.

2) No solid blocked suspension. Must have 1" of travel.

Loogootee is about 1hr. 30min south of Indianapolis on Highway 50.
