weird question

Okay,first off i relized this should be here not in the other thread. so sorry guys This is prob a first, My dad bought a 89 bluebird tc2000 with the 5.9 12 valve, It has a mild lop and smokes like its been enhanced, I know its slightly more beefed up but its got a rebuilt motor, So is it the same p7100 ip that you can tweak with the screws? i believe its got an exhaust to cause its louder then any bus ive been on, Any ideas?

Being that old it more likely has a VE pump, which is also easy to turn up. Look at it, if it looks like a P-pump, it's a P-pump.
