1994 Freightliner Fl 60 performance upgrade questions

Ok so maybe its not that big of a rig but it is to me

Its got a p-pump 5.9 so there is a million thing i can do to it but im not so sure how much HP the allison 545 can handle? any one have any suggestions? Im not even sure what turbo this thin has

The Allison 545 is only rated for 230 hp. You could get away with 250 at the most. Otherwise, swap that out for an Allison MT 643 or 653.

So, you wanna make your Freightliner Fl 60 stronger, huh? That's cool! You're thinking about what your truck can handle, especially the transmission, because it's got a powerful engine. It's a bit tricky figuring out all the parts like the turbo. Hopefully, someone here knows more and can give us some tips. Good luck with your truck!
