But are you get white smoke? Curious what your settings are on your smarty? Timing makes no difference, still pops and smokes. Stock it runs great other than the rattle. Sw6 on my smarty(no timing) truck runs great. I'm wondering if this is a software/hardware combination that is just wrong and is causing it. I am quite puzzled. I will be pulling my injectors shortly and having them tested. Will keep you updated.

I played with my truck today again and I've been playing with the no timing settings on revo. I tried level 4 on default timing and default rail pressure and mild torque and that was my worst setting by far yet, I couldnt even accelerate without it popping and tons of white smoke. The beat setting I have right now is level 1 default everything which is a crying shame. My truck is running hotter than ever and smoking like a coal train on any setting I've tried. I found out that the tips from piers diesel are junk according to another source. They are old cores that they refurbish and apparently I'm not the only person having problems with them. They are coming out as soon as possible and I'm going for DDP's 50's instead. I'm being told this is 100% my problem

Well I've got DDP 90's. However they were used tips I put in and they have alot of miles on them. Maybe I need to swap to a new set of tips. Keep me posted on how things turn out

Off topic, but Piers has no affiliation to PDR, its Performance Diesel Research. Its far from what it was when Pier's had it. He sold it, and started up Peak with Harry, then moved on from there.

K sorry I don't want to name drop on anyone and I didn't mean Piers in general, , the tips are from PDR and they're not working for my truck and something has to be done about it. I deal with Peak lots and enjoy there customer service, they've always been great to deal with. Sorry for the confusion

That could be your problem as well as my problem, I've heard the tips I recieved are old stock cores that are refurbished poorly that can have tons of miles on them or you can get lucky and get a set that works perfectly depending on luck alone. I was told yesterday that a brand new set out of the box will work right away as long as my injector bodies are up to snuff as well and they should be since I had dodge send them away for a balance and flow test.
