I say get the engine running, tuned & dynoed!!
Seriously though, I like the 2 tone & would keep things as clean & simple as possible. Leave the badges off, minimal chrome & try to keep any chrome trim or accessories as low as possible.
Leave the grill & mirrors chrome, powdercoating nor painting them will hold up to rock chips at all.
I see you have some of the belt side molding installed already. I'm not sure if I like the original style molding but the horizontal molding will make the lifted truck look longer.
I would tint the rear windows also.
Some kind of flares, mud flaps or running boards would protect that nice new paint. Even if they don't look that great they will protect the paint which will be worth it in the long run.
3M clear film paint protection is pricey but totally worth it also.
You should keep in mind that I like things extremely clean & simple.
All our vehicles are debadged, minimal chrome & no bling!

i was going to tint the back windows for sure.
the factory mouldings are going on as well as the factory front flares.
going to buy front extend a flare mud flap things and the a pillars hood and front dually flares are going to get 3M film.
the stuff i cant decide is to black it all out with no pin stripe and black grill/mirrors or leave the chrome
here is a truck with the black grill
and one of mine before with a red strip and the mouldings

Sure liked what you done with the truck so far Lucas. Keep up the good work. The powder coating on the mirrors would be cool. I like the chrome black powder coating, myself.
Sure liked the look of the first gen single rear wheel truck.

well it runs and moves under its own power...................in the driveway.
tommorow will be its maiden voyage
got all the piping 95% done.
was pressure testing with nitrogen on one of the intercooler pipes.............held 80 psi.....tried taking it to 90.........then BOOM! plug i made shot out and i **** near got knocked overi sean it coming and was sorta ready.
whats the best way to pressurize everything and check for boost leaks?
with everything hooked up?
just hammer air through it let it go through the valves and out the tailpipe and soap check?

I pressurize the whole thing to about 20psi and let it leak through the motor. As long as there are no huge leaks it still takes awhile for even a small compressor to bleed through the whole tank. Normally you can hear the leaks, once you get to where you can't hear them anymore some soapy water will find anything remaining.
I will probably be coming through Kamloops on my way home tomorrow, depending on how things go. If we are ahead of schedule I will stop by and have a look. I will txt you tomorrow and let you know.

well it was a long road juggling work and wrenching. a bigger warmer shop would have been nice, but i made the best of it.
during the test drive a hose clamp that was stripped that i did not noticed started leaking and sprayed the windshield.
other then that runs good no leaks. turbo works.
tommorow going to bolt the hood on and take her for a rip
