I sent a PM to Martin earlier today, here's his reply.
I have been trying to get ahold of David all day, he left me a message. He said someone on your forums said I was selling my company... that is Horespower Solutions that is for sale, I am still around. LOL
If you are looking in the new year some time that will be fine. My Five year lease is up at the end of December, so I will be moved into a new place by then, so make sure you guys get the new address. LOL

burp the core, with the engine running. loosen the heater hoses at the firewall. 1 at a time. put a hose pick in the top and spread the hose till coolant comes out. bleed each hose like that. help give air a way out.

I will see how things go...I was going to swing by your place to observe...I have a busy afternoon downtown...Have a lunch date,then a 2:00 meeting and a gal I know wants to go for drinks at 3:30...I will see if i could do all this stuff..

theres an easy way to push air out of the core. Pull one heater hose of the core , then plug the hose off, pull the rad cap and put a pressure tester on and start pumping till you start to push some coolant out. Just a trick i've used on some stubern cooling systems that didn't want to bleed

Yes I replaced the core when I replaced the evaporator.......Made it worse..So I had to disconnect the AC cycle in defrost,just to get a little more heat..,but nothing great..I didn't work on the truck at all today...But will Friday
