I'll grab it and take few pictures showing the differences between all the different years. I have a 2wd VE engine buildup that on going. I'm using a manual shift RE48 on that engine.

I've been meaning on doing some checks on different block designs that I have to see what matches up and/or doesn't.

Been also wanting to see what it would take to throw a P7100 onto a 6.7L

Notice that the stock 6.7L flex plate is a solid piece.

AFAIK, you need a 2nd gen adapter if you're running newer flex plates and trannies. I know thats the case for putting a NV4500 a 1st gen. I'm sure Rob knows if the 1st gen stuff will work with the 47/48 trannies.

Roxxx, have you taken the truck apart? Post some pics of the carnage?

I agree, contact Rob, he probably has a few laying around.

I know for this 02 grey truck I'm putting together, its getting the stock 24V flex plate. So far its not cracked, and/or broken, yet....

It's an upgrade to run a 2nd gen flexplate in the 1st gens. Any flexplate from a non 6.7 will work not sure if the 6.7 works or not. The 1st gens are thinner and break the hub out. A new one is only about $150 from cummins (not dodge).
