Just a heads up for those considering a manual trans truck. My son tells me the fast idle the dealer installed in his 2011 did not maintain engine heat on the highest setting last week and that's with a full factory winter front on. I think his temps were around -28c plus high wind chills.

Thats an incredible price jump. The dealer next to me has a 2011 diesel megacab loaded to the gills for 48,000. Simply because its a leftover. Good luck in your decision

Very different economies, despite our dollars being almost even. Even when our dollar was $1.10 US, our vehicle prices were still $20-25k higher than the same vehicle across the border.
