He has 3 Cnc machines wich are huge . I am trying to convince him to make Dodge exhaust manifolds his stuff nice to look at but incredibly functional.
I am going to see if he will make me an intake to he really knows his turbo stuff
he tunes the exhaust manifold to create vacuum so better cooling and EGT s

What kind of money is he asking for for a manifold? Or flanges, just for comparisons sake?

no Idea on flanges ,I will ask. manifolds hard to say he does actually research the air flow and dyno test before he sells he has a set of BMW manifolds that help make 1100 HP in one of the cars I was going to see if he would let me take a picture of them just because the workman ship is incredible

Roxx, you should tell him to crank out some 12-24v, exhaust manifold. Tons of market. Nice work. He should build a manifold with a flange for the external gate and a T04 flange for us. The sled pullers and twins builder guys would be like heaven.

Does he do machine shop stuff? I'm looking for a machine shop to build stuff for me once and while?

I will print your comments and take them to him . these manifolds are made out of steel ,grade wise i don't know but he told me yesterday they can handle 2000 degrees I don't we talked briefly about how the studs shear off and he has seen it on other applications , he said he builds the manifold with slotted stud whole which i think the pullers do anyways

I forgot does anyone have a used 12 valve and 24 valve manifold they wouldn't mind letting me used to get him to do some research . I dont think he wrecks them but I will make sure up front what i think I may ask him to do is make the 12 valve on first 2 gen just because there are probably the most demand for them I think
lol Which sucks for me cuz as of now i have a 1 gen

I have a 12v exhaust available. I do have a 24v ATS sitting on my mock up engine. If he can crank out a exhaust manifold with a flange for an external wastegate and T04 inlet flange, I bought be there to buy one, if it wasn't too pricey.

He is doing external waste gates on the smaller manifolds. when you get a chance maybe drop me your number. I told him he cant nor can I advertise on here unless he becomes a vendor, I do not want to break the rule . the big thing he told me is he needs to see how much interest there is going to be but first i would like to get the different manifolds so he can assess whether he can do it . personally I think he should start with the (cough cough) 1 st gen manifold and intake but some how that probably is going to happen lol
