I'm in what ever date you guys pick. Luke, you want to try a methanol kit for when you start to spray the motor. We have to see if those o-rings are in properly. How did you make out with a nos kit?

See if I can Drag my co-worker(drives a duramax) out with me, he thinks the only thing a cummins is good for is a generator. Denial is one of the first signs

Kiel, those look good. The wheels look a lot better than what I was expecting. Just need the right tires wrapped on them I guess. The bigger offset keeps those hubs tucked in too, just like they were there originally.
Dave, we'll see about getting those stacks on by then. We can atleast get yours on. My progress is gonna be slow, just got the call to go back to work after I left Red Deer. It was 4:30 when they called, wanted me at the plant at 5:30!
Thanks again Jamie! Made it home safe and sound, got it unloaded, hopefully have the head off tonight so I can take it to Aaron tomorrow.

Just got the head off (yes at 3 am, no I haven't been working on it since 8). #2 and #4 are a bit rusty, and when I removed the IAT sensor, water ran out, but it should still be good. Not sure how the short block will fair, but doesn't really matter, I got what I needed. Time to go get it worked over, and depending how long of a break I have, might have a ringed, studded head with some new F1 springs in it before May Long. Weeeee!

It was sitting outside so I figured a little water probably got in but nothing a machine shop can't clean up. You're getting it checked for cracks??

That should be part of it. If they don't do it, I could probably score some NDT spray from work and do it. Need to give him a shout yet, make sure I can drop it off on my way to Edmonton.
