I installed my own using 5 ton axle stands. The front end comes apart fairly easy with simple hand tools. The rear leaf springs come apart the best using impacts.

Any luck so far in your search? Would be nice to see how your lift works out, as most of us run lifts in our rigs. I wanted to buy the carli kit, but I find it over priced for what you get.

I'm going to piece mine together from several companies. The nicest long arms and rear traction bars come from top guns. Not a fan of the tubular long arms, they flex to much for me.

I haven't seen to many 35in tires that give you the same load rating and tire pressure as the 33-34in tires. Keep us posted on what you buy buddy. Sounds like the making of nice rig.

I just bought the 5165 bilstein and a set of 18in rims for the 2010, just haven't installed them yet. I went with a low profile tire this time around, as my 2010 will hopefully stay on the hiway and just be my tow rig.

Should have all the parts ordered by the end of the week, tires and dually spacers are here. The lift should be on the truck by the 1st week of May, when everything arrives...lil bit of a back order (fingers crossed). NOT giving kudos to the shop yet, untill we see how it comes out and the quality of service.

I am sticking with the factory 17" Alcoa rims (for now). As for tires I will be runnning the Fierce Attitude MT's. Had them on my 08 with no issues (was not a dually). I do go down from a load range "E" to "D" in the 35's but they are rated at ~3200 pounds per tire. So I am hoping that having 4 on the back end will suffice. I don't pull to much (yet) that is really heavy, a boat around 6000lbs loaded and the occasional hitched toy hauler.

As soon as she is up and rolling I will get pics posted.

Thanks Mike.

Well finally got her done (Stage I). Glad I went with the Carli 6" long arm. Everytime I'm in the truck, I have a smile ear to ear.

I also have to put a plug out to HRT Offroad, they got the Carli system ordered, installed and truck back on the road, amazing customer service, can't say enough kind words about them.
