Events Co-ordinator
Is there one??? I think it would be cool to get a train of diesels going tobogganing or to dynos, races things like that. Usually that would be the co-ordinators job so just asking.

I am planning the NHRDA events and the BD Spring Dyno once I have dates. I was just wondering about having local Alberta things to do with kindred spirits. I know that for the most part everybody just mills about going on rumours for things. It would be nice if things could be planned and everyone could meet and have a chance to discuss these diesel thingys and whatever in person. I know that I hear about all these trucks in Calgary and area but no one really knows every body but the mechanics/shops. Mind you being female I kinda get left out cause I am "female". Not too many of me around that actually understands the trucks and drives one. Sorry I am pouting. Let us see what other reponses we get to this idea.

I thought the sport was already getting big with the Sled Pulls, 100 foot shootouts and the drag events that are already going on each year?
I guess I should get some credit for convincing Mike Boyd from NHRDA to come up to Alberta this year and see the huge diesel scene that they didn't know about

I will make sure to post up as many events as I know of as they come to light. I know a major concern IMO is the 100 foot shootout association of AB. It would be nice if they were more public about their events and where they are located. Their website doesn't show much. Does anyone know anyone who directs it? I think they should relay info to someone.
