Canadian Custom Vehicles just got a new Dyno installed in Red Deer. I would be curious as to what they charge. Maybe change things up a bit. Who knows.
I would be in for one.

Vex has that protable one.
CCV just opened up a new shop in Gasoline Alley. They anounced two weeks ago they just opened up their dyno. I went by there today but they were closed. I will try again on Monday and check out what they are charging and if they are even interested in hosting a non sponsered event.

Depending on when, I'll be all for it. Especially if its Vex's old unit, or the same style unit. Keep it consistant between previous outings.

DodgeDiesel knows the owners there and was chatting in another thread about the dyno at CCV. It is the old VEX dyno (DynoDynamics). DD and I were just getting into the details of setting this up..

Will get more info shortly..

If it is between when Tate and I get my truck running and August blackout, I would be very interested. I would love to get some dyno time to try and dial in the black beast

We hit the rollers yesterday at CCV with Brandon's truck with the PDR twins now. He hit 592HP. Just can't get past that 600hp mark!!!
They got the dyno working pretty good but it does read lower than AFI's dyno in Edmonton. We had that shop pretty smokey....
Brad said $100.00 per person but that gives you runs till your happy with the numbers. I'm sure we can work him down a bit for a first time diesel dyno event. He is super stoked for a event. Jason, let me know when you guys wanna have it and me and you can get it all flanged up.

How much spray is Brandon using? You guys using methanol? 592rwhp on fuel, at our elevation is around 630rwhp at sea level. I ran 677rwhp on the old PDR dyno about five years ago with mach 6'rs. Thats pretty decent numbers for a street truck.

I vote for the mid to end of August or September timeframe but all I have to do is add in more spray.

Mike, that was fuel only on those runs. Brad said to figure a date or two out and we will see how it works for everyone Dave.

What kinda of boost you pull during the run? You get lots of smoke? I try some methanol or NOS to get the twins to lite. Worst case is you could hammer on the brake to get the truck to load.

What kinda of boost is Brandon pulling on a WOT pull? He's running the HX-40/K-31 combo correct?
