All right. 12 it is! Water meth is going to be beneficial in my quest for a few more donkeys under the hood. Still not completely sold on it as a power adder for the 12v.

Any industrial supply store, or hydraulic shop. They generally have 1/8 npt plugs in hex head, square head, allen head recessed, etc.

Pretty easy to find, they also come in brass, cast, and steel, depending on working pressure.

It all depends on how much fuel and air you have, which will give you more power. Who built your pump? I know how much air you have If you make tons of power +700rwhp, we might have to adjust your twin design some.
