Going from an auto to a stick isn't too bad of job. Going from a stick to auto is different, but do able. The RH48 is all mechanical linkage and has no computer to fuss with. The Allison option, are a few guys on this site that have done it, with good success. I didn't say it was cheap or easy, its just a nice fix to the dodge auto issue. Wait a few years, I bet that mopar performance will have an upgrade kit for us older rides to go to the new 6 speed RE68 set-up. Its just a matter of time.
