What is this open plug used for in engine bay?

I am getting acquainted with my 2018 Ram 2500 and on the passenger side under the hood above the fire wall is a small plug that has a black and red wire that leads to a larger set of wires in a loom. There's a single fuse close by on the wire loom as well that I think is in line with this plug end. I attached a picture to this post, i hope it works. In the picture it's on the top left, you see the little red square that is the on the plug that is fastened to the top flange of the fire wall. You can't see the fuse in the picture but it's just below the open plug. What the heck is this open plug for? it is a lonely plug that has no other connector i dont have the aux switches. I haven't tested it for power because i'm pretty sure it will have accessory power. Any insight is appreciated on this random plug-end.

That doesn't seem to be a photo of your's. It's a truck review.
