TPS variations...

Checked air all around the dually today... My air guage isn't calibrated, but it should be consistent from tire to tire. Inflated all to 80 psi per my air chuck. The TPS on the truck is showing as much as a 7 psi pressure difference... Is there a way to calibrate them? Are they normally this inaccurate? Everything was cold also... So no heat up variations...

Any thoughts?

Update... guess I just needed to drive it around a while and let it self adjust. After about 30 minutes on the road they all came in to within 1 psi of each other.

No way to calibrate and they are never to be used for accuracy, only as an early warning or reminder if you wanna say. Always use an accurate gauge by hand. The TPMS is basically just a "feel good" device. What you experienced is normal, the sensors do not immediately update usually unless a rapid change is noticed which is how you can program/relearn them when rotating tires.
