2014 Crew Cab Bigger tires?

Considering trading up from my 2007. Had terrible battles with Death Wobble. Finally solved.

Afraid to change a thing if I get a 2014. Could larger tires on the 20" wheels potentially cause premature wear on the ball joints? Warranty issue??

I guess it depends on what you're really wanting the truck for, I have left mine stock so far and it's great. Personally I don't care for the 20 inch wheels that came on it but the stock tires are just under 35 inches which are perfect for me.

Any larger/wider tire will add some extra stress to your suspension and steering system, as far as warranty issues it depends on your dealer honestly. I have seen some still honor warranty on trucks with aftermarket wheels and oversized off road tires and others that denied warranty work by saying the tires caused the problem.
