I dont even have the TPMS valve stems on my 35s. Is it really going to hurt the system in any way or just be an annoyance?

You can get the sensors and install them if you want.

 

Why do you think it would only be rubbing on one side? I put the 35s on and it clears the passenger side but not the driver side? If the tires are straight, its the same distance from wheel to cab on each side. Could the form of the plastic be messed up and be different? I Just dont understand why it would be rubbing on one side and not the other

 

The leveling kit pulls your axle to the passenger side about 1/2" or so.

Anyway to fix that? just have it realigned or would that even help?

Yes, its the way the axle moves as it goes up and down.

 

How expensive are adjustable trac bars? The reason it threw me for a loop was because it never rubbed on my 07 so I just thought it was odd for the 2010 to do it.

 

I dropped my Tire Pressure in rear tires to 60 and ran without a low pressure alarm coming in. Yesterday we had a cool morning and the TP dropped to 59, alarm came in. Today it is warmer and TP was 61 while going down road but alarm is still it. And it wont let me change to the Low Pressure setting until it is cleared. Do I need to manually clear the alarm some how or does it auto reset (if so, what pressure)?

 

60 front 45 rear for Light Load Setting
60 front 70 rear for Heavy Load Setting

What happens if you're not close to either of the above settings?

You can't clear it. You have to either ADD air to get the 60f and 70r or remove air to get to the 60f and 45r. It's crazy but that's the case.

So you have to bump up your rears to 70 or reduce them to 45....

 

Guess I better fire up the old compressor.

 

ive always had mine on heavy load and recently reduced the rear pressure to around 65 or so and have had no light go off. not sure that the 70psi is set in stone

 

It's interesting. I don't think the numbers are set in stone.

But once you go way outside the range, it's not too forgiving until you get back into range of either the Light Load or Heavy Load setting.

I think the TPMS is very cool and on the 2010's it's very accurate -- as accurate as a tire pressure gauge.

I just think the ALARMS are pain in the butt and would like to disable them but that's not allowed per the federal government.
