How difficult is it to replace the passenger side headlight assembly on 2010 3500? I haven't studied it in/depth yet - just asking for a heads-up.

It's not particularly hard, just takes a little while. Did an LED conversion on my 2014 recently. Have to take all but one of the tabs out of the rubber deflector cover over the rad/fan shroud assembly then take bolts out and remove grille, then remove bolts on head light, the hardest part, open little hatch cover in wheel well and slide white locking tab behind that to allow the headlight to release then pull headlight out and you have access to the back to do what you need.
