Making a sport model (painted bumpers)- cheapest way?

I'm looking at picking up a 2010 Ram w/chrome bumpers.

I'm a huge fan of color-matching bumpers, and unfortunately it is not yet available on the 2500/3500 trucks. You can get a TRX or an Outdoorsman and get painted bumpers, but they are 2-tone.

So what's the best option for adding them later?

Just picking them up on ebay?

Are all of the bumper mounts the same? I remember when I converted my '04 from an SLT to a SPORT model, some of the brackets/inner bumpers were different and you had to swap them out.

It appears that the painted bumpers on these newer trucks have the same mounts as the chrome ones (at least the front does).

I can probably find used ones, paint to match, and bolt on...but I'm not sure what all I'll need.

Lastly, are ALL of the trucks wired for fog-lights? I'd like to add fog-lights up front if possible.

Any input is appreciated.
