Ladder Bars

I'm thinking of putting the GPD ladder bars on my truck because if I don't take off really slow I feel what I think is axle wrap happening. But If I come to a stop sign and just slow down and then take back off with out coming to a complete stop it won't do it. Has any one else felt this.

I ordered the ladder bars today. Will take about 4-5 days then off to get spray on liner applied then I'll install. I guess no one else has had this issue, but I'll post and tell what the difference is after the install. I'll take a pic with them on the truck.

Just received the bars, and dropped them off at shop to get liner sprayed on. Getting charged $190 to spray the bars and the brackets black. So I'll have a total of $1'050.00 wrapped up in them. Really hope this takes care of the axle wrap. I'll get them back in four days then I'll post pics of install.

Just picked up ladder bars from shop. They look so good I had to post pics before install. Will install tomorrow, and take more pics afterward.

Thanks........Ya, they helped. I can really tell when I hit a bump in the road while accelerating. It's hard to explain but I can feel a difference in a good way.

I need to get a set for my truck. The way the stupid wheels hop in the snow is a joke.
