High Idle 2010 6spd manual trans

Was wondering if anyone knows if you can get the high idle to work with the standard transmission.

derkol,
Mine's working, didn't have to do anything special. Just start and don't touch the brake or clutch for a little bit.

Not sure if this is gonna be any help but...
My truck is an auto BUT,
it will go to high idle on it's own OR
if I turn the cruise control on and push the set button.

Now that cruise function might be part of the Smarty tune up?

Derkol - you have to ground out a pin on the engine connector and get the dealer to activate it. Can't remember what the pin # is but there are numerous articles about this on other posts. the high idle referred to here by the others is when your air temp is below 32ºF and you don't touch the throttle or nrake pedal for 2 mins it goes up automatically. The other method is using the cruise to set high idle no matter what the OAT.
