EVIC Display

I have had the letters "cal" show up in the evic display between the temperature and the direction display. It has shown up twice and both time the truck was started when it was very cold. What does it mean?

I believe it has to do with the magnetic calibration of the compass.... It tells you how to do it in the OM....

I believe there is a recall for some evic controls. I got a letter from dodge to bring my truck in for it.
