Bumper Swap

I'm looking to change out my chrome front bumper. Does anyone know where to get ahold of a OEM black or white bumper?

Have you considered doing a vinyl wrap with your existing bumper???

My son Plasti-Dipped his chrome front bumper on his 05. I thought it was a stupid idea and it would just peel right off. It turned out flat black, which you have to get a topcoat to make it shiny. He did not do that. And when we decided it was time to sell it, it was about impossible to get that stuff off.

That's good to hear. I actually looked into plasti-dip last night. I think I'll give it a shot. 20 bucks for 3 cans plus it's not permanent if I don't like it.

Make sure the bumper is clean and wipe it down with lacquer thinner. Spray it in 4 or 5 very light coats. remove any trim that you can and mask off what you can't.
