Are 2500 Lift Blocks the Same as 3500 Lift Blocks?

Are 2500 Lift Blocks the Same as 3500 Lift Blocks?
Anyone know if the factory rear lift blocks are different on 3500 vs 2500? I know on the Fords the F350's have a taller block than the F250's. If the Rams are the same way I was thinking of maybe getting some 3500 blocks to go on my truck.
