1500 center console transplant, who has?

I really like the 1500's center console. At least the trucks with the floor **** automatic. Has anyone ever looked into what it would take to to a transplant into a 2500 or 3500?
I use the truck for work everyday and spend hours ion it. Although I like the usual flip up seat/console, I think I like the possible organization of the 1500's

Obviously, the floor shifter wouldn't be there and I would likely make another compartment to fit that space. The column shifter would remain in place.

all 2500/3500 laramie models with automatics come with the floor center console.

its an option for all 2500/3500's SLT and up just, not to popular for anything but laramie's and longhorns. Just few and far in between on the others, and the 4x4 shifter is only avalible on the floor on ST's

it works awesome. when towing it is a more positive manuel upshift and downshift than the small button that was on the colum stick. and its an ok handrest.
