Returned to stock
I returned the 2010 back to stock today cause I'm going to trade it in next week.
Ended up with a few issues...
1. CEL code# P02e9
2. Shutter in tranny as it shifts from 1st to 2nd gear.
Has anyone else experienced these issues?
Guess it's gonna get traded with a CEL on the dash.

P02E9 DIESEL INTAKE AIR FLOW POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH
Sounds to me like its something with the TCV?
Did you have the trans tuning also? Could be it needs some time to relearn the shifts again.
Only guessing as I don't know much about your MY truck.

Throttle Control Valve
I don't know if that's what its called on the 4th gens or if there's a position sensor involved with it. Hopefully someone will chime in and clarify it.

Could the EGR valve be seized from sitting on the shelf?? That's where I would start. It's the valve in the intake a simple removal, clean it and lube it up the connector too.
