Need Help. Is it worth the switch?

I currently have a 2011 ram hd crew with the 6.7 diesel. I have no complaints and i love it. I'm looking right now at a 2013 ram hd crew with the 6.7 HO. so what i need all your help for is. Is it worth the switch has there been a huge change and would i be better off? Has anyone done the jump and what are your opinions on it.

Thanks for any help or advise. oh yeah both are autos.

I have a 2012 out of curiosity I drove a '13 the other day. It's the same woman with different dress and a little more makeup. Two things I noticed. Now coming with DEF and no DPF. It's one evil for a other in my opinion. One of our work trucks is a 2011 Chevy and we have spent thousands replacing DEF parts that are not warranty items. Your call.
Oh and it got slightly better mileage than mine did from the factory. 2-3 mpg.

Please get your fact straight before you offer information on the Ram trucks.

The 2013 Ram truck does have the DPF and catalytic converter in the exhaust system. The muffler was eliminate because the requirement of the muffler where meet with the use of the DPF and the Nox filter was eliminated because of less EGR taking place in order to meet the latest emission requirements. The engine emission requirements are now being met by the dosing of Urea in the DPF when required and some Regening of the DPF.

Ram has had more experience with the use of the SCR than the other light pick-up truck manufactures because of the sale of the 2010 models of the C&C trucks. The C&C trucks had different emission requirements since these are commercial trucks and the EPA has different requirements for them so the SCR system has been in use since 2010 on them.

Who cares what the mileage is.... The money you save by not buying a new truck will put 10's of thousands of gallons of fuel into your existing rig...
