Mufflers??

Finally got around to deleting my son's 2013 using a Bully Dog, could have easily mistaken it for a Mini maxx it went very smoothly. Anyway the delete pipe was a 2 piece thing almost the length of the truck. It leaves the down pipe and tail pipe but it's way nosier than the 2011's as there is no muffler?? What did everyone else do that deleted?

I used flo pro 4" exhaust, ( kept factory downpipe) which has a small straight flow muffler. My truck is extremely quite in my opinion.

I have the 4" MBRP downpipe/delete pipe and the 5" MBRP filter back from before I deleted with a 4" flo-pro muffler between them. It drones a bit but sounds very similar to my old 5.9 in my 07.

I talked with flow-pro and they recommended their 20 inch long 6185 but when I called the place that I got the parts from they only stock the MBRP M2029 which is 30 inches long. Now you would think that the longer muffler would be quieter but by the comments from ramrod and Rollin Coal it would seem that the flow-pro is quieter. Think I'll order a flow-pro... Thanks guys.

I ended up using the MBRP M2029 because they had that one in stock It only just fit between the front flange and the attach bracket, there was 1/4 inch at each end just enough to weld it in place. The truck is quieter but not as quiet as my 2011 with the factory muffler and both mufflers are see through, perhaps I should have used the Flo-pro muffler.

Turbo to stock muffler is straight pipe, then muffler and tail pipe are stock, not loud and no drone. It does sound louder than stock but not too bad. I like it .

Didn't know BD supported deletes. Exactly what BD model did you get?
