I'm in Delaware. I've read the Delaware Motor Vehicle website. It states that any vehicle powered by diesel fuel is not subject to an emisions test. Also it states that if the vehicles MGVWR is greater than 8,500lbs it wont be tested as well. But with the EPA having mandated the pollution control equipment be in place on new diesel vehicles, it just worries me. My 2006 I never did an emision test. And with the MGVWR, when I bought the 2010 the dealer put 8,000lbs as the registered weight on the 
So many things make me wonder what to do when the time comes. I've even thought about going back and saying I just noticed the MGVWR on my registration and want it bumped up to the 9,600lbs it calls for. Then maybe i wont be subject to the emision test.
Blake, Like you said it's not the truck or the 6.7, its the bluetec thats on our trucks that is killing these engines and being a pain.
