H&S XRT Pro obsolete????

With no updates for over a year should one consider this model as good as it'll get?
Next question.......can someone tell me whether my model that I have deleted a 2011 will work on 2013 or newer 6.7 liters?......provided I return the 2011 to stock of course.

If the XRT with it's current update is working well for you why update it and no it will not work on a 13/14 truck as the ECU is different and currently no delete programmers available for these trucks.

It's not that it's not working well......but there are still a few flaws.

Old Race version.
On a manual transmission, turning torque management off disables your back up lights.
Not a big deal if you like TM, but I dislike it and would assume most other users do as well....it's a very non-positive sluggish feel.
You don't realize how important backup lights are until you don't have them. I feel this is a glitch that H&S should feel worthwhile addressing.

That's the first I have heard about back up lights being disabled with TM turned off, my son had a 2011 manual with the TM turned off but used a mini max and it didn't disable the back up lights, I wonder if something else is going on with your truck, might be worth investigating if anyone else with an xrt pro and a manual has the same problem or call H&S they are very helpful.

H&S was aware of the problem in 2012 and suggested I be patient for an update.
Talked to them yesterday and there is no plans to fix it.
I guess it's "good enough".

WOW. You could cut the wires off the transmission sw leaving a pig tail to splice into and wire a set of aftermarket ones through that sw or even tie into the factory ones with a new wire from a different power source through the factory sw.

I realize that and a few other options. Just a little disappointed that a software solution wasn't able to be implemented on a software problem.

Sadly, they can't "update" the software because the EPA stepped on all the programmers' necks.

Yeah it's screwed up but what can you do? I'm having to completely delete mine as I'm getting the P2262 (Lack of boost - mechanical) error because the emissions system is a bad joke and plugged up a sensor in the turbo.

Delete them and they run better, but waste fuel and screw up your engine with it on. Sheesh.

Have you considered contacting a custom tuner? They are able to work wonders with MCC these days. It might be worth looking into...
