Just picked up a 2010 2500 CC SLT 4x4 last Saturday. Eager to do down pipe, and DPF delete but not changing full exhaust. Will immediately do the full EGR delete as well. I have a pre-March Smarty on the way with the ME files so I should be good to go! I will be doing everything right in my own shop. Are there any things I should be wary of when I start on the project? I understand from my research that the delete enabled Smarty will be all I need for electronics and the rest is really just removing things and putting on proper blocks, etc. Still have to shop for the delete kits/pipes.

This site has great info and I feel I am completely researched on the job! On a side note, the dealer I purchased the truck from actually does deletes and tuner installs in their shop on the down low...... They are very willing to work with trucks that have been deleted. They know the trucks need it.
