I have been seeing EGT's of 1500-1550deg. I have my H&S on the HOTTEST tune available. With the mods listed in my sig, should I be concerned with the temp? By the way the truck is running flawless.
If you're seeing 1500+ degrees I'd be concerned, especially since you have the deletes. That means you have hotter temps than that in cylinder. Stock these trucks will hit 1400 -1500 in the exhaust, but thats with the 4th injection event on the exhaust stroke during regen. Things should not be that toasty if you want longevity.

Thats to hot for anything more than a few sec IMO. The #6 cylinder runs the hotest also, Where is your Probe? I put mine in the plate to get the #6.
The most I have seen out of mine empty is 1230F on the highest setting.

are you running the hot da m tune on that H&S? the stock turbo's on these trucks are too small for the high hp tunes and it will get hot like that. back it off
