Anyone running the Edge on 2010 or 2011? are they traceable? I don't know mutch about them other than reading the Edge wed page.

 

they are all traceable even the smarty on the 6.7 trucks. edge runs hot on the dodges. look at H&S or Smarty. Smarty programming is in beta for the 2011 trucks and should be released soon.

 

Unless you're talking about the Insight (gauges) and they are just awesome. With the new expandable accessories you can monitor just about anything that you can imagine.
Like cbrahs said most people run either a Smarty or H&S. I'm waiting on the Smarty Sr. myself as well as the warranty to run out

 

Hey 6 Shaker, How long have u had the INSIGHT? Have u had any problems with it? Do u have the pyrometer as well? Where did u mount it? Looking at getting one my self.

 

Personally, I'd shy away from the Edge as they do run hot. A friend has one on the 07 and 1400 degrees comes up quick running empty.

I like my insight, its the older model that shows, boost, tranny all sensor temps, etc. The new CS does not show any of that and it appears they are not interested in doing so. I contacted them a few times in the last 14 months and all they say is that they are looking at it.

 

I've had it on the truck since last fall. Yes I do have the pyrometer. Scary how hot the truck runs stock compared to my old '06. I haven't had any problems with it so far.

I mounted it with the supplied suction cup to the windshield by the drivers side pillar. If I get a chance I'll post a pic.

 

H&S all the way. You will not be dissatisfied.
